CANCELLATION POLICY:

CUSTOMER INITIATED CANCELLATION

Once the orders have been placed, you are given a flexibility to amend the order on account of a variety of reasons within 24 hours. These amendments could be at the order level or at the Product line level.

The following are the policies in this regard:

The Libas Store will accept any order amendments till it has not been processed in our warehouse.
The Customer is required to contact the The Libas Store Contact Centre i.e cs@thelibasstore.com for cancellation.
The Libas Store’s Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.
Full order cancellation is allowed only if none of the Product has been processed in our warehouse.
Line cancellation for the entire line is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed in our warehouse.
If the cancellation request is successful as per the above conditions, The Libas Store will cancel the order or entire line(s) as the case may be, and refund the same to you as per The Libas Store’s refund policy.

THE LIBAS STORE INITIATED CANCELLATION:

During the order processing stage, there is a possibility that the Product quantities required to fulfil an order are not completely available, for reasons such as the physical product being found to be damaged at the warehouse, the product not traceable, etc. The Libas Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability.

The Libas Store’s Customer service team will initiate the communication to you, explaining the reason for such cancellation, and initiate a refund to you as per The Libas Store’s refund policy.

Return Policy

At The Libas Store, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction and we offer 7 Day Return Policy. To facilitate smooth returns, please note the following:

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  1. Be unused and in its original condition
  2. Be in the original packaging
  3. Not be damaged or altered in any way

Return Procedure

  1. Check the product description for return eligibility.
  2. Order samples before placing the actual order to ensure fabric suitability.
  3. If received damaged or unhappy with quality, raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
  4. The Refund will be initiated upon receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

Unsealed goods should not be accepted at delivery.

Gift packs, some products, and sizes are non-returnable; check product descriptions.

Used, washed, or altered products will not be accepted for return.

We do not offer a try-and-buy service; please order samples instead.

Bulk orders are subject to partial returns only.

Abuse of our return policy may result in authorization denial

The confirmation email regarding the return authorization will be sent to the consumer within 24-48 hrs working hours from the time of submission.

Shipping

To return your product, You can either avail our Pickup Facility* or you can send the product back to us using any Third Party traceable Courier Service at The Libas Store, Railway Road, Rohtak-124001, Haryana. 

*Shipping costs incurred for returning the item will be borne by the buyer and Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*You need to use a trackable shipping service while returning the product.

*Pickup Service is Chargeable, Rs 100 Per Item will be deducted from the refund amount for Shirt Fabrics, Trouser Fabrics, Kurta Fabrics, Pajama Fabrics or Jacket Fabrics,

Rs 200 will be deducted from the refund amount for Jeans Fabrics , Combos, Blazer Fabrics, and Suit Fabrics 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the refund status within 48hrs.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days to original method of payment and in case of Cash Of Delivery orders, the refund amount will be credited to the Libas wallet.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your Credit card/ Debit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
