  • Placing a "cash on delivery" order for fun and refusing it at the time of delivery is a punishable cybercrime. Please place a "cash on delivery" order only if you want to accept the parcel.
  • We provide "cash on delivery" service in India only for customers convenience, in all other countries, we accept only online payments. Please do not misuse this service.
  • Open delivery is not available. Each parcel is Seal packed and they are having insurance to Protect it from Fraud. Under this insurance policy, no one can open it before paying the full order amount. Though we have 7 days "No Question Asked" Return policy, under which if you don't like the product then you can ask for refund or exchange.   • Card payment is not available in "cash on delivery" payment method. If you want to use card then pay online using our online payment options.
  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up. Please visit this link to read the detailed T&C.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund would not be provided.
  4. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
